About the role
Work Location : 1Powerhouse, PJ (5mins walk from MRT Bandar Utama) Reporting To : Financial Services Lead APMEA & Europe
As part of the central Integrated Operations Finance team, this role oversees the daily management, monitoring, and analysis of the Kerry SAP Material Ledger.
The IO Finance Manager provides leadership and oversight to the Integrated Operations Finance team.
Accountable for managing all site-related functions, enabling efficient processes, and supporting distribution activities, working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
Full ownership of financial control activities, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all SAP transactions.
Provide substantive evidence and support to the Process Enablement team during year-end close to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting.
Key responsibilities
Ensure efficient operational delivery and achievement of margin targets
Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day operations, overseeing staff activities and performance across all levels
Develop and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Regularly measure and monitor global metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify improvement areas
People management and delivery on monthly activities as per the checklist, ensuring completion of activities on time with quality and accuracy
Maintain a strong end-to-end understanding of processes, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Ensure data timeliness, completeness, and accuracy to support business needs
Ensure data integrity for reporting and decision-making purposes
Lead process and practice improvements across all entities and ledgers
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, working effectively across various departments
Facilitate, coach, mentor, and guide team members to achieve performance goals
Coordinate with relevant departments to meet legal, audit, and compliance requirements
Qualifications and skills
Qualified Cost Accountant with minimum 15 years of experience in Manufacturing and Product Costing
SAP proficient with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups & macros)
Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
Good understanding of Regulatory Requirements for Manufacturing Plants
