We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team in the role of Insurance Product Expert. This role involves working collaboratively to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:
  1. Meeting of KPIs
    • Achieve Relationship Manager and Branch sales performance targets
    • Achieve wealth insurance revenue goals
    • Meet target product mix for PERML
    • Ensure overall participation, productivity, conversion ratio, profitability, and quality sales by individual Relationship Managers and Branches
  2. Sales Activities & Management
    • Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders to ensure satisfaction
    • Review Relationship Managers' client portfolios to identify solution gaps and risks
    • Assist Relationship Managers in client meetings, explaining complex solutions and identifying coaching opportunities
    • Update Relationship Managers on new product launches, market outlook, and trends
    • Recommend solutions aligned with clients' needs and risk profiles
    • Demonstrate core values: Be Open, Connected, Dependable, and act with Courageous Integrity
    • Provide financial planning advice related to insurance portfolios
    • Report via regular sales management meetings
    • Organize branch activities such as customer events
    • Oversee the overall insurance business of Relationship Managers and Branches
  3. After Sales Service
    • Provide after-sales support such as claims processing and policy changes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Management, Marketing, or related fields
  • Results-oriented with interest in product support roles
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, especially bancassurance and life insurance, preferably in banking
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preference will be given to candidates with immediate right to work locally and no need for relocation.
