We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Personal Banking team as an Insurance Product Expert. This role involves working with colleagues to define, manage, and achieve divisional business targets.

Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Meeting KPIs:
  • Achieve Relationship Manager and Branch sales performance targets
  • Meet wealth insurance revenue goals
  • Attain target product mix for PERML
  • Ensure overall participation, productivity, conversion ratio, profitability, and quality sales by individual Relationship Managers and Branches
  1. Sales Activities & Management:
  • Support Relationship Managers and Branch Leaders professionally to enhance satisfaction
  • Review Relationship Managers' client portfolios to identify solution gaps and risk concentrations
  • Assist Relationship Managers in client meetings by explaining complex solutions and identifying coaching opportunities
  • Keep Relationship Managers updated on new product launches, market outlook, and trends
  • Recommend solutions aligned with clients' needs and risk profiles
  • Demonstrate core values: Open, Connected, Dependable, and Courageous Integrity
  • Provide financial planning advice related to insurance portfolios
  • Update sales management regularly with performance reports
  • Organize branch activities such as customer events
  • Manage overall insurance business for Relationship Managers and Branches
  1. After Sales Service:
  • Provide after-sales support and guidance, including minor claims processing and policy changes
