·Assist with servicing cover notes, endorsements, policies and quotations for non-motor and motor insurance.
·Ensure accuracy and promptness on all invoices, payments, refunds, reports and cancellations.
·Make sure both new and renewal businesses, non-motor and motor insurance, are properly done which includes road tax delivery arrangements are completed on time.
·Be the primary point of contact for any inquiries or concerns related to motor and non-motor insurance.
·Collaborate with insurance broker to ensure comprehensive coverage for corporate insurance portfolio.
·Assist in the digitalization of the insurance business of company.
·Identify any critical issues to be reflected under local regulatory, legal and data compliance aspects.
·Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop new business initiatives.
·Support the insurance manager and the insurance assistant manager on any other reasonable duties, as required.
·Diploma, degree, or equivalent qualification in business administration or any related field.
·Minimum 1 year of operational general insurance experience.
·Knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Analytical, attention to detail, matured and ability to work independently.
·Very good in understanding insurance business and keen to learn.
