• Cloud-native, microservices architecture with Java/Spring Boot.
• Proven track record in modernizing core insurance platforms and API-first design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and solution design for enterprise-level insurance technology projects.
• Modernize core insurance platforms, focusing on underwriting, claims adjudication, policy servicing, and group benefits administration.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, including API-first design and STP of legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams in Agile delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Engage in pre-sales discussions with global insurers and stakeholders.
