Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain packing, serialization, and vision systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Cognex).
• Hands-on work with PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and VFDs.
• Execute and support validation activities including FAT/SAT/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Perform Computer System Validation and ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Draft and review SOPs, checklists, planners, and QMS documentation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of Field Instruments and Control Systems.
• Monitor alarms/events, support plant heads, and maintain control system backups and security protocols.
• Support EHS compliance, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist mechanical teams with instrumentation-related troubleshooting.
• Manage user access and plant system security (login roles: Operator, Supervisor, etc.).

Required Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Serialization, SCADA, PLC (Siemens/Rockwell), DCS
• Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Modbus, HART protocols
• Field instrument troubleshooting and calibration
• Exposure to system validation and documentation within regulated industries
