Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marine & Offshore HVAC, F&G detection, and suppression projects.
- Familiar with NFPA, SOLAS, MODU, API RP 505, IEC 60079 Standards.
- Experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project mandatory.

Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, authorities, subcontractors, and site personnel on all matters related to HVAC control and automation, fire and gas (F&G) detection systems, fire suppression systems (including fire water/foam piping), and telecommunications.
- Perform design and engineering tasks for onshore and offshore E-house integration projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international standards, including cabling and installation details.
- Possess strong knowledge of HVAC operations and control systems, as well as F&G detection and suppression system design requirements.
- Have a basic understanding of piping specifications and requirements.
- Ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of HVAC and F&G systems in line with project schedules.
- Guarantee that all designs meet customer specifications, international standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in commercial and technical evaluations for bids and vendor procurement.
- Conduct technical reviews and monitor schedules during detailed engineering, procurement, and sub-vendor equipment assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including project management, finance, scheduling, documentation, construction, installation, and commissioning.
- Lead factory acceptance tests (FAT) with clients and subcontractors.
- Support site commissioning activities to ensure complete and successful project delivery.
- Coordinate the resolution and closure of punch lists from FAT, mechanical completion (MC), and site acceptance tests (SAT).
- Track and close deviation reports.
- Promote safety in both design and on-site commissioning activities.
- Ensure accurate red-line markups are reflected in as-built documentation.
- Oversee the timely submission of all project documentation, including final as-built packages, to support milestone invoicing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience Marine & Offshore HVAC, F&G detection and suppression Projects.
- Familiar with NFPA, SOLAS, MODU, API RP 505, IEC 60079 Standards, and DNV/ ABS/ etc class requirement.
- Required to have knowledge in HVAC/ F&G testing and commissioning either in Offshore or Plant Projects.
- Mandatory to have experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project.
