Job summary

HashKey Group is seeking a proficient KYC/KYB professional to conduct end-to-end onboarding reviews for institutional clients. You will perform comprehensive due diligence on corporate structures, ownership, UBOs, and directors, while communicating with clients in English and Chinese to gather required documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Law, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB/AML/compliance operations or institutional onboarding.
• Experience with CDD, ownership structures, UBOs, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end KYC/KYB due diligence and onboarding reviews for institutional clients.
• Perform client identification, risk assessment, background screening, and compliance reviews.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in English and Chinese to gather documents and support account opening.
• Identify and assess compliance risks including ownership structures, high-risk jurisdictions, sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media.
• Conduct ongoing due diligence including periodic and trigger-based reviews and risk-rating updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Compliance, AML, and Operations to balance onboarding efficiency with risk standards.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure an audit trail.
• Support continuous improvement of KYC/KYB workflows and templates.
