Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Installation & Wiring Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, wiring, and setup of security systems, network cabling, and smart home devices at residential and commercial premises. This role requires attention to detail, discipline in following procedures, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and wiring of:

  • CCTV cameras & NVR systems

  • Network cables (e.g. Cat 6 LAN)

  • Alarm systems, door sensors, EM locks

  • Access control and intercom systems

  • Smart home devices and automation systems

• Execute neat and safe cable routing (surface/concealed)

• Perform cable crimping, termination, and labeling

• Use tools such as ladders, power drills, testers, etc. safely and effectively

• Conduct basic on-site system checks before handover to the customer

• Maintain cleanliness and order at work sites and in the van

• Follow installation schedule and report progress to supervisor

• Report any issues, missing tools, or material shortages immediately

• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper handover at the end of job

Requirements:

• SPM / Certificate in Electrical / Electronic / Networking or relevant field

• Prior experience in wiring and installation (preferred but not required)

• Able to use hand tools and power tools confidently

• Basic knowledge of CCTV, alarm, or access control systems is a plus

• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or in tight spaces

• Able to travel and work at various customer sites

• Possess a valid GDL driving license (preferred)

• Team player with good discipline and communication skills
