Responsibilities:

  1. Close incoming sales opportunities by promoting the benefits of products to meet short-term goals, objectives, and quotas.
  2. Assist customers with order placement, providing product information and advice tailored to their needs.
  3. Ensure that recommended products, services, and solutions fulfill customer requirements.
  4. Deliver high-quality service, meeting key metrics for Sales, Quality, and Productivity, with the ability to overachieve on targets.
  5. Recognize, document, and escalate customer issues or trends through appropriate channels.
  6. Maintain product knowledge through training and staying updated on product materials.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the effective operation and continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
