Job summary

A leading technology firm in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia is seeking an engaging Telemarketer to deliver persuasive sales talks and assist in scheduling sales appointments. Candidates should have strong communication skills and fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably Mandarin to engage with clients. The role offers a basic salary of RM2,800.00 to RM2,950.00, plus additional allowances and performance bonuses, along with a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum education level: SPM.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin highly desired.
• Experience in telemarketing or call center is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales talks to persuade potential customers.

• Collect customer information for database entry.

Job Description

• Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products in order to persuade potential customers to know more about our products and schedule appointments for sales representative to meet with prospective customers.
• Explain products and answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address and enter information into computers.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Learn up product information and knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education level: SPM
• Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
• Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written)
• Independent and able to work well in a team, fast learner
• Able to work overtime when necessary
• Engineering related education background or working experience is additional advantage
• Working experience as telemarketer or at call center is additional advantage
• Independent and able to work well in a team

Company Package and Benefits

• Working hour: 8:45am -5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
• Basic Salary: RM2,800.00 to RM2,950.00
• Monthly incentive system based on individual performance (after training)
