Inside Sales Executive - Basic & Commission UP to RM9,000 (Based Petaling Jaya)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at OG MARKETING GROUP SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role offers a competitive basic salary and commission structure, with the potential to earn up to RM10,000++ per month.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone
• Qualifying leads and conducting effective sales presentations to convert them into customers
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
• Providing timely and accurate sales reports to management

• Proven track record of success in an inside sales, preferably within the sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade clients
