The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quotations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing payment follow-ups. Fluency in English and Chinese, along with knowledge of relevant software, will be advantageous.

Job description

This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities. In order to be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email who are discovered through a variety of avenues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare email and quotation response to requests for quotations
• Providing exceptional customer service on phone and responding to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Continuously expanding your product knowledge to provide clients with comprehensive and valuable insights
• Monitor customer Sales Order and arrange delivery.
• To verify Invoice, Delivery Order, Credit note, Debit note, Quotation and sales
• Track payment status and follow up with outstanding payments from customers

Qualifications

• Able to speak, written in English and Chinese
• Good in track record of logistic and payment
• Familiar to Auto-Count software is advantage
