Job description

We are representing our client, a local homegrown Malaysian company that provides international, domestic courier services, break bulk express, warehousing fulfilment, freight solutions customized for corporate clients. As their business continues to expand, they are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to join their esteemed organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize market data and develop telemarketing strategies to increase customer base
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by the company
  • Actively make calls to potential and prospect clients
  • Convince clients to secure appointments for sales team
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Provide pricing, credit terms and prepare sales contracts if needed
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new business generated if needed
  • Provide activity reports
  • Actively participate in aggressive sales and skills training
  • Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/annual growth targets

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree inBusiness Administration, International Business, or any related field
  • 2-3 years of working experience insales preferably within the same industry
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Good negotiation and convincing skills
  • Must be willing to work in Bangsar
  • Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am - 5pm)
  • Salary package : Basic + Commission
