Job description

Established good customer relationships and provide product selection solutions to best meet the customer's workplace needs. Penetration and retention of existing business through proactive outbound calls & email marketing promotions.

Responsibilities

• Influences customers to buy products and provides product information and price quotations.
• Maintains & updates the customer general data (Email, PIC, Contact number).
• Executes any promotion implemented by Marketing/Sales for re-activation of existing customers under the vacant territories.
• Makes daily outbound calls to customers to introduce products/services and generate sales leads.
• Provides excellent customer experience and maintains a high level of service and professionalism at all times.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• All other ad hoc reasonable assignments assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma level.
• SAP user, high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), sales prospecting skills, and sales negotiation skills.
• Effective communicator. Fluent in oral and written English.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling outbound calls/Telemarketing/Telesales.
