Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, user-centred design, and usability.
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools.
• Experience designing responsive websites and/or mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency.
• Able to communicate design concepts and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and digital products.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct basic user research and gather insights to improve user experience.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Review and improve existing interfaces based on user feedback and business requirements.
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, interaction, and overall user experience.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX, digital product, and design trends.
• Present design concepts and explain design decisions clearly to the team.
