Siegwerk Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an entry-level Chemical Engineering graduate to provide technical and print solutions for customers in the SEA region, applying Siegwerk's Intermediate Concept to support market growth and meet customer needs.

You will collaborate with technology and commercial teams, assist in product range management, and drive cost-focused formulation optimization while ensuring quality, safety, and environmental policy compliance.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience or knowledge in colour matching, inks, printing, or labelling processes will be an added advantage.
Must not be colour blind.

Responsibilities

Implementation of products and technologies to support SEA business growth and align with regional BU strategies.
Utilizing Siegwerk's Intermediate technology to formulate products to meet customer needs and print requirements.
Cost optimization through formulation improvements and cost effectiveness focus.
Analyze market needs on product and technology and share information between technology and commercial teams.
Assist in product range management including system updates, stocking levels, SKU rationalization and safety stock planning.
Efficient project and resources management to achieve objectives within time and budget.
Collaborate with Siegwerk SEA counterparts on latest technology development and availability.
Perform benchmarking to meet market needs.
Ensure compliance with legislation and effective budget management.
Adhere to quality, safety, health and environment policy.
