Job summary

DXC Technology invites applications for an Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing Intern in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Wintel, UNIX, virtualization, and cloud technologies while supporting L1 teams and daily operations under mentoring.

You will develop dashboards, perform backend tasks, and receive training on software tools. The internship lasts 4 to 6 months with a hybrid work setup and a monthly MYR 1,000 stipend.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of desktop OS, software applications, and PC hardware.
• Basic networking knowledge is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate different requirements.
• Good problem-solving and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop operations dashboards and reports.
• Perform backend tasks supporting L1 support teams.
• Support day-to-day operational processes.
• Receive training on software applications and operational tools.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support service teams with technical and customer-related queries.
