Job summary

DXC Technology Malaysia is offering an Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing Intern role based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will gain exposure to infrastructure technologies, learn through hands-on tasks, and support L1 operations while receiving training.

The position is hybrid (1-2 days on-site), 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, for 4 to 6 months, starting November 2026. An attractive monthly allowance of MYR 1,000 is provided, and applicants must be enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program and be

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and PC hardware.
• Basic knowledge of networking and internet technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and coordinate different requirements.
• Good problem-solving and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop operations dashboards and reports.
• Perform backend tasks supporting L1 support teams.
• Support day-to-day operational processes.
• Receive training on software applications and operational tools.
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Support service teams with technical and customer-related queries.
