Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer to define and implement automation across Linux and Windows environments. You will build and maintain Ansible playbooks, ensure reliability, and contribute to scalable infrastructure.

The role requires deep infrastructure experience, strong scripting (Python/Shell/PowerShell), and hands-on CI/CD for cloud environments like AWS or Azure. A Bachelor Degree is expected for permanent, full-time work in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT Infrastructure with 5+ years in automation.
• Expertise in IaC using Ansible and solid Linux administration.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Python, Shell or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible across Linux and Windows environments.
• Design and manage automation workflows, job templates, and RBAC within Ansible Automation Platform.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security across automated infrastructure processes.
• Collaborate with Cloud, Security, and Operations teams to align automation initiatives with business objectives.
• Develop reusable automation playbooks, modules, and CI/CD pipelines for consistent deployment.
