Infra Service & Transition Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Cognizant is looking for an Infra Service & Transition Manager to develop customized products for our clients. The role involves driving technology discussions and analyzing current landscapes to identify gaps in addressing business needs. We seek a motivated individual who can challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership and best practices to enhance our services and technologies.

Job Title: Infra Service & Transition Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

1. Act as Service Manager with experience in Transition of operations.
2. Possess good knowledge of and understanding of L1/L2 Infra operations (Network, Linux, Wintel servers, Database, etc.).
3. Ability to speak English and Mandarin OR Cantonese.
4. Willingness to travel to Hong Kong for 6 months, then return to Malaysia to continue the role.
5. Have knowledge of IT Infra such as servers, networks, data centers.
6. Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and convincing skills.
