Job description

As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing key IT projects, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases from planning to implementation. You will effectively work with diverse, multi-functional teams, utilizing your expertise to manage projects related to the development, deployment, and enhancement of IT systems. The role demands strong project management skills, leadership, and the ability to foster collaboration within teams to drive improvements in project delivery, cost, risk management, and technological capabilities.

Success in this role depends on your ability to coordinate various stakeholders, oversee project timelines, and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. You will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of IT projects, including tracking progress, managing resources, and ensuring customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead IT Project:

• Manage IT projects from planning through implementation and support, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Manage Project Scope & Planning:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, develop detailed plans, and manage risks and changes to keep projects on track.

Project Execution & Leadership:

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while resolving issues.

Process Improvement & Continuous Delivery:

• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure continuous value delivery and enhance system performance and usability.

Stakeholder Management & Communication:

• Communicate project goals and progress clearly to stakeholders and IT Delivery Lead, managing expectations and ensuring smooth coordination between business and technical teams, escalate risk and issues.

Training & Documentation:

• Oversee the creation of training materials and documentation, ensuring successful system adoption through comprehensive end-user training.

Vendor & Resource Management:

• Coordinate with vendors, plan and manage internal/external resources, ensuring they meet project requirements, while efficiently managing internal resources for optimal task allocation.

Others:

• Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Reporting directly to Team Leader, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to achieve operations excellence & optimization plan that reduces cost and increases quality and process efficiency.

Key Competencies and Skills:

• 3 years of IT Project Management experience with a focus on Agile methodology.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps for sprint planning, delivery plan, tracking, and collaboration.
• Skilled in OnePlan for portfolio management, resource allocation, and reporting.
• Experienced with LeanIX to align IT solutions with business strategy and manage enterprise architecture.
• Strong in planning, organizing, and handling multiple projects with shifting priorities.
• Excellent team player and leader, capable of driving cross-functional team productivity.
• Expertise in risk management and ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Strong communication skills for managing stakeholders and providing clear project updates.
• Proficient in resource management and ensuring optimal team performance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with clear documentation.
• Minimum 3 years in managing international projects.
• Acts with a sense of urgency using good judgement to make well-reasoned decisions and willingly takes on tactical roles as necessary to achieve objectives.
