Isoftstone is seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveJunior IT Project Coordinatorto join our technology division. In this key role, you will be central to the success of our IT initiatives, working closely with Project Managers, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are tracked, resources are allocated effectively, and communication is seamless. Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate and monitorall IT project activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to deployment and closure.

Assist with core project management activities, includingscheduling, change management, and risk management, to ensure projects stay on track.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsand stakeholders, fostering a positive team environment to ensure successful project outcomes.

Offerbasic technical insights or feedbackas needed during project discussions, evaluations, and troubleshooting sessions.

Tracking & Reporting

Diligentlytrack project deliverables, Statements of Work (SOWs), resource allocation, and timelines, engaging with both internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment.

Provideregular, clear, and concise updates and reportson project status, risks, and key milestones to all relevant stakeholders and management.

Handleadministrative project tasks, including financial trackingand budget monitoring, and respond promptly to related queries.

Communication & Documentation

Organize andfacilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and materials, and ensuring decisions are communicated effectively.

Prepare and distribute detailedmeeting recaps and ensure timely follow-upon all action items to drive progress.

Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, logs, and reports.

Resource Management & Team Support

Performvalidation of team timesheetsto ensure accuracy and alignment with project budgets.

Activelysupport team membersand assist with special assignments or ad-hoc tasks as required to contribute to the team's overall success.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

0-2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for technology are encouraged to apply.

Solid foundational knowledgeof IT concepts, software development lifecycles, or IT infrastructure.

Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical skills and impeccableattention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience in a client-facing or vendor-communication role.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project.

Basic understanding of commercial documents like contracts or SOWs.

Certification such as the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a significant advantage.
