Job Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Oversee and manage the operations team, ensuring high performance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Resource Allocation: Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage and effective response to operational needs.
• Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, including the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Performance Management: Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to improve skill sets.
• Incident Management: Act as the escalation point for major incidents, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on services.
• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with upper management and other departments to align operational strategies with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, including the automation of manual processes.
Skill Requirements:
• Fluent English and Chinese language skills
• 5+ years of experience in IT operations management, preferably in cloud services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL)
• Understanding of GPU cloud architecture and services
• Knowledge of industry best practices in IT operations
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and analytics tools
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in incident management and disaster recovery planning
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
