Job Summary

The role will be based in Malaysia, Subang Jaya and be responsible for the Data Center Operation Linux SME daily operations and projects.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Linux SME: SUSE, Ubuntu, centos, Redhat etc
• Manage to perform Linux OS upgrade and data migration
• Manage to assist on backup and restore for Linux, include plugin installation and configuration.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skill when there are Linux OS or performance issue.
• Ensuring all servers/backup infrastructure runs within the agreed SLA (availability, performance and security).
• Ensuring that all server/backup infrastructure are managed to the appropriate level of security patches, software/firmware revisions and supported versions.
• Managing ADFS, File & Print, KMS, WSUS and MIM
• Handling Vmware Virtual Environment, provide Airwatch MDM solution
• Managing AD & Exchange & O365 & Symantec AC & Proxy (PAC)
• Giving support in Linux & Windows
• Executing projects to ensure delivery is according to scope, budget and timeline.
• Managing stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
• Executing continuous improvement plans.
