Sunshine Circuit (Penang) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented IT Engineer to join our team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure and systems at our office located in Seberang Jaya, Penang.

What you'll be doing

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with computer hardware, software, and network equipment
• Perform system administration tasks, such as user account management, software installations, and system backups
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT systems, including servers, routers, and other network devices
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT Engineer or System Administrator role
• Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software troubleshooting
• Proficient in managing and configuring Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Experience with enterprise-level applications, databases, and cloud technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred to communicate effectively with headquarters and suppliers
