WhiteCoat Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and passionate Information Security & DevOps Manager to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and maintenance of our digital healthcare solutions. As an Information Security & DevOps Manager, you will lead WhiteCoat’s information security and DevOps initiatives to maintain our infosecurity posture, ensure partner compliance (TPSA, HIPAA), and support secure, reliable technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and enhance ISMS aligned with ISO 27001:2022
2. Lead risk assessments, vulnerability management, and patch management
3. Develop and maintain security policies and audit documentation
4. Oversee third-party/vendor security assessments
5. Respond to incidents (e.g. SMS bot attacks, data exposures)

1. Manage AWS configurations, IAM, encryption, backups
2. Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC)
3. Handle deployment automation, monitoring, and alerting
4. Support service uptime (e.g. CMS outages), performance, and availability

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years in IS or DevOps roles
2. Strong experience with ISO 27001, AWS, encryption, CI/CD, and pentesting
3. Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and regional data protection laws
4. Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills
5. Proven experience managing cross-functional security and infra scope
