- Experience in the operation, support, and maintenance of various types of business application software (in-house, joint-development, off-the-shelf).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for resolving day-to-day application issues.
- Familiarity with system maintenance planning and system deployment processes.
- Ability to proactively monitor applications for abnormalities and implement timely resolutions.
- Experience in developing and maintaining system documentation (Application Support Procedures, Technical Configuration, User Guides).
Customer Focus & Communication:
- Experience in planning, implementing, and analyzing customer support functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Management, departments, and customers.
- Skill in identifying end-user requirements and specifications.
- Ability to translate user needs into application features.
- Experience in developing and delivering user training for new systems.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Awareness of relevant regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with ISMS (Information Security Management System) policies and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail in maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

- Responsible for the operation, support, and maintenance of business application software, which consists of in-house, joint-development, and off-the-shelf applications for all ranges of JPB Business Applications.
- Manage and resolve day-to-day Business Application issues and prepare system maintenance plans and system deployment.
- Responsible for ensuring SLA targets are met by proactively monitoring the application for abnormalities with timely resolutions.
- Plan, implement, and analyze the effectiveness of customer support functions and act as the main point of communication with customers.
- Collaborate with Management, departments, and customers to identify end-user requirements and specifications and translate them into application features.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures that include Application Support Procedures, System and Technical Configuration Documentation, User Guides/Manuals, and User Training for new systems.
- Comply with standard operating procedures, relevant regulatory bodies, ISMS policy, and procedures.
