Job Summary

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns that align with our brand goals. This role involves managing KOL relationships, overseeing end-to-end campaign execution, analyzing performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is social media-savvy, data-driven, and skilled in content collaboration and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand goals
  2. Identify KPIs for campaigns and track performance to optimize ROI
  3. Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualization to reporting
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  5. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and payment terms with influencers and agencies
  6. Collaborate with KOLs to create engaging, on-brand content
  7. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising standards
  8. Stay up-to-date on social media trends and emerging platforms
  9. Identify new opportunities to enhance our influencer strategy
  10. Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  11. Present findings to stakeholders to guide future strategies
  12. Any additional ad-hoc tasks given by supervisor

Qualifications

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
