Job description

We are seeking a warm and dedicated Infant Nurse to join our team at in Eco Majestic, Selangor. You will play a vital role in the early care, safety, and development of infants aged 3 months to 18 months in a clean, nurturing, and sensory-rich environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive daily care: feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing and sleep routines.

Administer infant massage and early stimulation activities.

Monitor and document health and developmental milestones.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to JKM and KPWKM standards.

Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies or health concerns.

Communicate clearly with parents about baby’s routines, growth and wellbeing.

Support age-appropriate play and bonding activities.

Work closely with the team to uphold safety, order and calmness in the infant room.

Requirements

Caring, patient and responsible personality

Diploma or Degree in Nursing/Early Childhood Education/Psychology or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in infant care or confinement center

Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English

Familiar with infant development and care routines

Salary & Benefits

Monthly Salary:RM2,200 – RM3,300

EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions

5-day work

Entitled to annual leave/medical leave/maternity leave

Low infant-to-caregiver ratio for quality care

Training provided in infant development, routines and responsive caregiving
