Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or digital media.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience using Google and YouTube advertising solutions, with an understanding of both digital and traditional marketing.
  • Experience in business development, client relationship management, creating joint business partnerships, and consultative selling.
  • Ability to use creative problem-solving approaches to develop solutions through insights and data.
  • Strong sales approach focused on relationship building and problem-solving.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, ability to mentor team members, and work towards goals in a dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication, influencing, and presentation skills for managing relationships at C-level and B-level.

Your knowledge of online media, combined with strong communication and analytical skills, will influence how businesses grow. You will provide high-quality client service, conduct research and market analysis, and understand decision-making processes to identify business needs of key clients. Your role involves setting visions and strategies for advertising that reach large audiences, especially within Malaysia, by offering integrated, cross-platform solutions that enhance online presence and business results.

As part of the Large Customer Sales team, you will collaborate with major advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions, helping them grow their businesses in the digital age. You will advise clients on Google's product range across search, video, and mobile platforms to connect with their audiences effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with mid-level and C-level contacts to understand their business objectives and issues. Identify partnership opportunities and promote Google as a strategic partner.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolve client issues, and influence budget planning. Expand engagement through joint business partnerships and commercial agreements with tactical advertisers.
  • Develop and own business plans and strategies for your portfolio, focusing on future pipeline development.
  • Promote digital as a key media channel, develop growth strategies, and serve as a thought leader at industry events and projects.
  • Mentor team members on business planning and development.
