Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Identify the gaps of improvement for selective IT service product and deliver POC accordingly, for example:
  
  

1. Implement automation testing for selective IT service product
2. Detect the repeated issue for selective IT service product and work up with internal IT to fix the issue or auto-open an IT ticket
3. Functional support on IT solution
4. Improvement of IT solution performance

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor of Computer Science/ Information Technology
• Preferably final year student
• Good in programming & relevant technical knowledge
• Fast learner
• Interested on IT functional support
