Job Description

• Order Management: Ensure on-time initiation of all shipments.
• Process and confirm orders and forecasts.
• Maintain operational EDI handling.
• Resolve IDoc workflows in SAP.
• Track orders and deliveries.
• Monitor MRP runs and reconcile consignment stock within consignment concepts.
• Manage forecast-based concepts.
• Maintain system tables and master data in SAP.
• Collaborate with CC Key Users to address process and tool anomalies.
• Document processes and actively support process standardization, automation, and end-to-end optimization.
• Support internal control testing and audits.

Your Profile

• Students in Management, Computer Science, Business Studies, or related supply chain fields are welcome to apply.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Preferred knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and iShare.
• Basic knowledge of Macro/Robotic Process Automation (UI Path) is preferred.
• Intermediate Python skills are desirable.
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts is an advantage.
• Diligent with high standards and quality work.
• Good communication and time management skills.
