Industrial Sales Executive (Industrial and Hardware Products)

Salary Range: RM5,000 - RM6,000 (Basic)

Core Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within hardware or industrial consumables channels, with expertise in brand management, channel interaction, or channel development.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (Mandarin - mandatory), and English.
  • Skills and Personality: Excellent communication skills with an outgoing and dynamic personality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Sales Development:
    Drive sales of hardware, consumables, and electrical products to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors and agents in the hardware industry.
  • Market Insights:
    Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, understand customer needs, and monitor competitor activities. Provide actionable insights to enhance sales strategies.
  • Order and Payment Management:
    Oversee sales order processes to ensure timely product delivery. Manage payment collection efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mechanical Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of channel sales experience in the hardware and consumables industry. Strong background in channel development and management is highly preferred.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the hardware and consumables market, including industry trends and customer requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel). Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Languages: Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
