Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Process-oriented with data-driven decision making.
• Capable in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply Lean principles to improve safety, quality, efficiency and cost.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality policies and guidelines.
• Build IE department capabilities and lead improvement projects.
• Analyze capacity, labor, and material flow for optimization.
• Coordinate with facilities for equipment planning and space.
• Report safety, quality and regulatory concerns to leadership.
• Operate within a multi-shift environment as needed.
