Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, time study, and process improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good teamwork skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support production line layout planning, time studies, and work measurement activities.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and cost improvement.

Job description

The Industrial Engineer is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through process improvement, productivity enhancement, and efficient utilization of resources. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and develop their skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support production line layout planning, time studies, and work measurement activities

Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for productivity, efficiency, and cost improvement
