Job descriptions:
Our manufacturing company is looking for a talented industrial engineer in the electronic industrial area who is capable of taking the responsibilities below and reporting to the stakeholders.

Job roles and responsibilities:
Process/Mechanical engineering background:

1. Working with CM to design and layout from SMT to FATP line by applying lean and Six Sigma, driving cost and cycle time reduction through line balancing and line automation.
2. Develop manufacturing processes at the factory and drive line qualifications.
3. Knowledge of assembly processes, ability to create assembly instructions, and engineering changes (ECO/MCO/Concession) for NPI and MP projects.
4. DFM review and analysis with CM, capable of providing suggestions to R&D for design optimization.
5. Proven technical support to the production line, handling problems that happen in the production line promptly, and being able to provide proposals and action/mitigation plans.

Quality background:

1. Handling quality-related issues, capable of improving quality standards at CM.
2. Drive for yield improvement, gate review, and approval.
3. FAI/FTO check and approve.
4. Preparation of new product process documents (such as flowchart, SOP, PFME, etc.).
5. Lead the trial production and problem solving of the new products at each stage mainly from PVT transfer to MP.
6. Understanding of quality management systems.

Job requirements:

1. BS/BA degree in industrial engineering (Mechanics/Electronics/Quality).
2. 5+ years working experience in the electronic industrial area.
3. Knowledge of assembly processes and tolerance analyses; skillful at using AutoCAD/ProE is preferred.
4. Experience in lean, six sigma, and continuous improvement.
5. Proven problem-solving skills.
6. Solid communication skills in English (verbal, reading, writing).
7. Quick learner, intellectual curiosity, passion for problem solving.
