Job Title: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Location: Genting, Pahang

Job Type: Permenant

JOB REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–5 years experience in industrial or manufacturing engineering roles.
3. Fresh graduates may be considered for entry-level positions.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of process improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
6. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other layout design software.
7. Familiar with ERP/MRP systems and production planning.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9. Data-driven mindset and good documentation skills.
10. Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity standards.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Review production schedule, engineering specifications, process flows, and other information to understand methods and activities in manufacturing and services.
2. Figure out how to manufacture parts of products, or deliver services with maximum efficiency
3. Develop management control systems to make financial planning and cost analysis more efficient
4. Enact quality control procedure to resolves production problem or minimize costs
5. Work with customers and management to develop standards for design and production
6. Design control systems to coordinate activities and production planning to ensure that products meet quality standards
7. Confer with clients about product specifications, vendors about purchases, management personnel about manufacturing capabilities and staff about the status of the projects.
