OUJI SEKKEN MANUFACTURING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a skilled electrical technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.

You will read diagrams, perform preventive maintenance, and lead a small maintenance team to ensure safe, on-time completion of tasks. The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience, relevant diploma, and ability to work overtime or in shifts.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2–3 years hands-on electrical experience.
• Certificate/SKM/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related.
• ST certification/registration advantageous or required depending on scope.
• Strong knowledge of single- and three-phase electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on approach.
• Ability to lead a small maintenance team.
• Willing to work overtime and respond to emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, power systems, control panels, and electrical equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults using appropriate testing devices and implement corrective actions.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Inspect electrical components, including transformers, circuit breakers, control panels, motors, and related equipment for faults or deterioration.
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns, power failures, and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Lead, coordinate, and guide technicians/electricians in daily maintenance and repair activities.
• Assign work and monitor the team's progress to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to team members during troubleshooting and repair work.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and other departments for electrical and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with applicable regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs, materials, and spare parts used.
• Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Ensure team members comply with health, safety, and electrical safe-work practices.
• Perform other related electrical and facility maintenance duties as assigned.
