Job summary

Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking an Industrial Director to oversee the manufacturing operations across Selangor and Ipoh, Perak. This executive will shape the industrial strategy, drive performance, and lead multi-site teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will champion EHS and sustainability initiatives, push Lean and continuous improvement, and steer CAPEX planning while developing future leaders within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15-20 years of manufacturing leadership experience with multi-site management exposure.
