Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Industrial Director to oversee our manufacturing operations across Selangor and Ipoh, Perak. The role requires developing and executing an overarching industrial strategy while driving safety, quality, delivery and cost targets across multiple sites.

The candidate will champion EHS and sustainability initiatives, lead lean transformation, and steer CAPEX planning, with responsibility for Plant Managers and senior industrial leaders.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 15-20 years of manufacturing leadership experience with significant multi-site management exposure.
• Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
