Job summary
RecruitFirst Pte Ltd in Malaysia seeks an Electrical/Controls/Software Engineer to join a global automation and robotics company serving automotive, electronic and semiconductor sectors. The role targets designing and implementing control systems, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring standards compliance.
Proficiency in EPLAN P8, AutoCAD, TwinCAT, Siemens STEP 7/TIA, and PLC/SCADA is required. Requirements include a degree in Electrical/Controls/Software Engineering and at least 2 years
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Controls or Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industrial project experience.
- Strong ability to communicate and present in English.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Manager and engineers to implement system strategies.
- Manage control engineers and suppliers to meet milestones.
- Prepare QA documents and ensure quality delivery by team.
- Review detailed control system designs, drawings, and cabinet layouts.
- Prepare project documents including specifications, manuals and test plans.
- Assist in test specification and factory acceptance testing.
- Coordinate integration and commissioning at site with stakeholders.
- Provide training and presentations for customers.
