Job summary

Alirantenaga is seeking a Project Manager to lead automation and smart manufacturing initiatives in Malaysia. You will plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are achieved.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, 3+ years of PM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Project/AutoCAD. Travel and own transport are expected; salary includes performance bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management is required.
• Experience in industrial automation or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are important.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute automation and industrial projects.
• Prepare project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Conduct project meetings with customers and internal teams.
• Analyze project execution data and prepare reports.
• Manage project budgets and procurement activities.
• Prepare project proposals and documentation.
