Job summary

You will troubleshoot issues, mentor staff, and collaborate across departments to identify improvements and drive performance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent with strong technical aptitude.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience in equipment diagnosis, repair, blueprints, or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Develops proactive work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
• Creates and closes work orders with accurate labor, equipment, and parts data.
• Leads and audits preventive maintenance procedures for optimal performance.
• Operates and maintains facility systems, promptly addressing abnormal conditions.
• Troubleshoots non-operational equipment and assists with modifications as directed.
• Documents work orders and service logs for repairs and inspections.
• Coordinates department work and identifies process improvements.
• Leads complex requests and mentors junior staff to improve performance.
• Collaborates with internal partners to drive organizational improvements.
