We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our inside sales team. This leadership role is responsible for building the team, driving qualified lead generation, managing performance, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets. You’ll play a key role in developing sales strategies, training programs, and monitoring KPIs, all while earning commissions based on your team’s performance.
Work with HR to recruit, onboard, and structure an effective inside sales team from the Singapore or Malaysia.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of Inside Sales Specialists to consistently meet sales targets.
Create a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure daily lead generation goals are met by the team through cold calling, emails, and prospecting.
Monitor lead quality and conversion metrics to refine sales strategies.
Report daily lead generation metrics to ensure alignment with targets.
Design and deliver onboarding training and ongoing skills development programs.
Conduct role-playing, product knowledge sessions, and sales technique workshops.
Track training effectiveness via performance improvement and lead-to-sales ratios.
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and weekly performance reviews.
Monitor sales activities, conversions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Report team performance to senior management with insights and improvement plans.
Oversee sales tracking to ensure fair and accurate commission calculations.
Coordinate with Finance/HR to ensure timely commission payouts.
Track and report on team-based incentive structures and targets.
Set and monitor individual and team KPIs and OKRs.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and revenue goals for each 3-month period.
Identify underperformance issues early and implement corrective actions.
Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role.
Proven ability to build and manage sales teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, coaching, and communication skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with cold calling techniques, lead generation strategies, and sales funnels.
