The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new business through cold calling, lead qualification, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and possess strong sales and communication skills to drive revenue growth in the Photocopier business.

Sales & Business Development
  1. Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  2. Qualify potential customers and identify their needs.
  3. Close sales deals over the phone or through online meetings.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  5. Follow up on inbound leads and referrals to convert them into sales.
  6. Provide product information and solutions based on customer requirements.
  7. Maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  8. Collaborate with external sales teams to maximize sales opportunities.
  9. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  10. Track and report on sales performance and conversion rates.
  11. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Administrative & Reporting
  1. Prepare and maintain sales reports and records.
  2. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
  3. Support sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales. Experience in the Photocopier or office equipment industry is an advantage.
