Overview

Ilumey (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Indoor Sales & Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in our Ipoh, Perak office. As an integral part of our sales and customer service operations, you will be responsible for providing high-quality sales support and exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position with ample opportunities for growth and development within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Actively engage with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documents
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Provide post-sales support, including answering customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and assist with lead generation
• Continuously seek ways to improve customer satisfaction and the overall sales process

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar customer-facing role, preferably within the B2B or retail industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
