About the role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join DCE Distribution Sdn Bhd as an Indoor Sales professional. As an Indoor Sales representative, you will support the company's sales efforts by engaging with customers over the phone and online. This is a full-time position based in our Taman Johor Jaya office in Johor.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and assisting customers through the sales process
  • Identifying and following up on new sales opportunities through proactive outreach
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience
