Our mission is to make hotelier’s work easier through next-generation hotel management software, digital solutions, and hotel kiosks.

We primarily serve forward-looking hoteliers in South East Asia, with most customers in Malaysia, and some from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand.

The Indoor Sales Executive position is a remote B2B sales role. You will work with inbound leads—hotels seeking solutions—and engage in outbound lead generation, cold calling, and staying updated on industry developments.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
  2. Make outbound calls to generate new leads.
  3. Engage with prospects to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  4. Achieve monthly sales targets.
  5. Conduct online product demos and sales presentations.
  6. Build and maintain good relationships with hotels and partners.
  7. Stay updated with hospitality and tourism trends.

Job Requirements:

  1. Computer literacy.
  2. Good communication and presentation skills.
  3. Passion for building a successful sales career.
  4. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu; knowing Mandarin is a plus.
  5. Willing to travel and own transportation (traveling allowance provided).
