Indoor Sales Executive

We are representing our client which an one-stop Auto Solution Provider in Malaysia.

With the current expansion, they are looking for potential candidate to fill the position of Indoor Sales Executive to be based at Malim Jaya, Melaka.

Salary: Basic + Commission (up to 5k++)

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiating outbound calls to potential customers
• Introducing product, guiding prospects about products and services
• Engaging prospects to understand their needs and challenges
• Presenting relevant products and services to meet prospects' needs
• Establishing rapport to turn cold calls into leads
• Following up on leads and recording interactions in an Excel system
• Working with the sales team to develop and implement cold calling strategies
• Achieving call quotas and conversion targets
• Cross-selling products

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• At least 1 year of sales experience in any field
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese (role required to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers)
